Roxana graduated as a Psychologist from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá with a degree in Organizational Development and Coaching.
Most recently she worked with Korn Ferry International as a Client Partner. She has developed general experience and as Partner she led the Consumer and Pharmaceutical practices in the Andean Region. She has led diverse assignments for major accounts in the market.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry International, Ms. Lequerica held the position of Manager at Hay Group. She has a sound knowledge of the key processes of Human Resources arena due to her background and past experience as well as a good comprehension of client´s expectations and needs, always concentrated in delivering value added in all work done regarding talent management solutions.
Her contribution in the positioning and development of Signium International brand in Colombia will converge as a trusted advisor taking good care of the quality of assignments, leading with critical judgment of the search practice and assessment projects.
